2014 – 2022 Yamaha SuperTenere XT1200Z SE lowering kit

1.2″ inch lowering kit for Yamaha XT1200ZE Super Tenere with ESR electronically adjustable suspension.  Lowers the rear suspension and the seat height by 1.2 inches (30mm). This kit will fit Yamaha 1200 SuperTenere bikes with ESR suspension for year models 2014 to 2022 ONLY.

This kit replaces the standard tie-rods of “dogbone” type on in the rear suspension linkage on the SuperTenere with new lowering links made in roll forged steel stronger than the standard parts replaced. The front forks are lowered when fitting this kit by moving the front fork legs upward in the triple clamps to keep the handling neutral. How to fit the rear suspension lowering kit and how to lower the front forks is covered in the installation instruction that comes with the kit.
